SHOP SKY FALCONRY FAQ

Our Shop at Sky Falconry creates your items when they are ordered.  This means, we do not stock these items. They are made specifically for you. This approach is more environmentally friendly and reduces waste to help conserve our beautiful planet earth. Note, orders are not processed until the end of each business day.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We ask that you order very carefully. Size charts and descriptions for each item listed are included. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

How long does fulfillment of items take?

We aim to fulfill all orders within 5-10 business days. Delays may occur that are out of our control. We ship a variety of different products that may not ship from the same location. Thus, some items within your order may arrive on a different time frame. All like items typically ship together. For shipping related questions, please check with your local carrier first. If you order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact info@skyfalconry.com. We are happy to help!

What if my item/s arrive damaged or defective?

If your item/s arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact the carrier. If the items are defective or damaged due to production, please contact us immediately to info@skyfalconry.com. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of product delivery. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
